Open runs

Friday Night Open Runs (Included in Packages)

Location: Cambridge School of Weston

Unstructured, fully officiated 5-on-5 play—30 athletes per session, 15 athletes per court (60-minute sessions).

  • Games to 7 points (all shots count as 1 point)
  • Game-winning scorer must make a free throw to seal victory
  • “Top Performer” honors for three standout players

Benefit: Translate developed skills into live game situations, free from travel and AAU constraints.

  • 6:30–7:30 PM: Boys 5th–6th / Girls 5th–7th
  • 7:30–8:30 PM: Boys 7th–8th / Girls 8th–12th
  • 8:30–9:30 PM: Boys 9th–12th

Strength Training (Included in Blue and Orange Packages)

Location: Cambridge School of Weston
Instructor: Hector

  • Middle School Athletes: Foundational movement patterns to build strength, coordination, and confidence, providing young athletes with elite-level training to enhance their skills safely.
  • High School Athletes: Advanced in-season program integrating strength, endurance, power, and agility to maintain peak performance and reduce injury risk.

  • PTW Orange and Blue (Fridays): September 18, September 25, October 2, October 9, October 16, October 23, October 30
