Why We Require Evaluations
All new clients begin with a comprehensive evaluation to determine proper placement. Evaluations are required for new, returning, and current athletes, and they play a critical role in how we operate as a program.
- To build our PTW community: Evaluations bring athletes together and allow us to strengthen the culture,
accountability, and standards that define PTW. - To track growth season to season: All athletes should be improving. Evaluations help us assess progress, identify development areas, and ensure each athlete is moving forward.
- To ensure proper group placement through competition: Competing alongside new and returning players allows us to place athletes in training groups that best match their skill level, pace, and mindset.
2026 Fall Season Group Evaluations

Session Details:
- Duration: 2 hours
- Cost: $40
January 31 or February 28, 2026
- Rising 5th–8th Grade Boys (9:00 AM–11:00 AM)
- Rising 5th–12th Grade Girls (9:00 AM–11:00 AM)
- Rising 9th–12th Grade Boys (11:00 AM–1:00 PM)
Evaluation Incentives
- All clients who purchase a Spring package receive free entry into Spring Evaluations
- The first 40 clients to purchase a Spring package (White, Blue, or Orange) receive a custom PTW shirt
- All Winter 2025–2026 participants receive 50% off the Spring Evaluation
