League Training

This program works with league, towns, and schools. It is aged-based and personalized to skill level. Programs are customized to type of client – for example a town middle school program. We develop a curriculum and handle full implementation, augmenting your program by running skill sessions in concert with your practice schedule. Our program includes live play, teaching how to think in the game, developing strong coaches, and enhancing basketball culture.

Clinics

We provide clinics individually and in conjunction with towns, leagues, and groups. The focus in our clinics is intensive skill development in a group setting with athletes of similar abilities. Our clinics are broken into boys and girls as well as by age group. Clinics are designed for players wishing to enhance their skills over a short time frame. This will often include a combination of live play, game speed, game moves, competitive DNA, and matched skill levels/positions. The trainer will evaluate the athletes in a group setting and determine the specific drills needed. This is a very effective environment and allows athletes to learn and play off each other.
