High School Athletes
This advanced session helps athletes maintain strength, agility, and explosiveness throughout their season. Our elite program combines strength, endurance, power, and agility in a way that complements in-season needs and reduces injury risk, preparing athletes for the demands of competition.
Why in-Season Training?
In-season training is essential to maintaining elite conditioning and protecting against injuries. Through targeted “prehab” exercises, movement mechanics, and plyometric drills, we focus on body awareness, joint stability, and recovery to keep athletes resilient and competitive. This elite approach ensures they stay strong and avoid the setbacks that can disrupt a season.
