Middle School Athletes

This class introduces foundational movement patterns in a way that builds strength, coordination, and confidence, providing young athletes with elite-level training to enhance their skills safely.

High School Athletes

This advanced session helps athletes maintain strength, agility, and explosiveness throughout their season. Our elite program combines strength, endurance, power, and agility in a way that complements in-season needs and reduces injury risk, preparing athletes for the demands of competition.

Why in-Season Training?

In-season strength training builds agility, body awareness, and explosiveness while reducing injury risk. By incorporating plyometrics, strength work, and hand-eye coordination drills, athletes stay sharp, strong, and game-ready all season.
